Doug has over thirty years of experience working with global leaders to ensure that their most important strategic imperatives are realized. Doug is renowned for getting right to the heart of the matter. He has worked on project sites, in corporate offices, and in training rooms bringing Lumeri’s Execution Certainty™ to multibillion-dollar capital projects and organizational initiatives.

Doug has worked with top executives to help meet demanding deliverables on oil and gas megaprojects, production profiles, software implementations, new business unit launches, business model implementations, matters of national security and military readiness, mergers and acquisition integrations, de-merger organization restoration, systemic safety interventions, and healthcare transformations.

Bill Latourette brings twenty-five years of experience and an extensive background in finance and operations to his roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Lumeri. As CFO and COO, he oversees financial operations, IT infrastructure, client contract negotiations, and human resource functions.

Bill has expertise in all levels of international business, corporate accounting, treasury, finance functions, business development, and strategic planning. He has a deep proficiency in negotiations, general management, process improvement, as well as recruiting, training, and IT systems. Bill’s experience, skills, and his progressive leadership provide a rich background for the guidance he provides as a key member of the Lumeri executive leadership team.

Bill is the cofounder of the BTB Foundation, a Chicago-based 501(c)(3) charity dedicated to providing financial assistance to cancer patients and their families. Now in its eighteenth year, the BTB Foundation has raised and donated over $1.3 million directly to local Illinois families and cancer-related charities.

Peggy Williams is a Senior Partner at Lumer. For over thirty years, Peggy Williams has worked with executives around the globe to realize their organization’s essential mission and meet their most strategic challenges. Her consulting experience spans four continents, diverse languages and cultures, and a wide range of industries including energy, biotech, healthcare, and technology. Peggy is adept at supporting leaders in isolating and crystalizing the few critical areas to focus on to turn the tide in positively impacting business results.

Peggy is passionate about the advancement of professional women. For the past twelve years she has worked with female leaders from Fortune 500 companies in making their unique mark in their organization, industry, and the world.

Richard Neale, Vice President of Strategic Growth and Lumeri UK’s Managing Director, partners with senior executives and teams to achieve success on their high-stake domestic and global projects and strategic initiatives. Leveraging a successful professional career, combined with a deep knowledge of Lumeri’s Execution Certainty™, Richard helps support organizations and business units deliver on their most complex challenges.

With 35 years of experience and holding multiple executive and leadership positions in the oil and gas sector, Richard has worked with owners and engineering and construction service companies across three continents where he positively impacted business performance and project outcomes. He has worked on multibillion-dollar expansion projects, managed various onshore and offshore projects, led project and business turnarounds, and collaborated with startups and investors on new business opportunities.

Richard’s experience equips him to steer Lumeri toward its 2025 vision. With the advent of cutting-edge technology, AI-powered resources and other future-facing solutions, his current focus is building Lumeri’s résumé and portfolio, particularly in the energy transition space. Richard is dedicated to helping guide Lumeri, and by extension the world, through the energy transition period and into the future.

Jason Hanover is Lumeri’s Vice President of Delivery Optimization and a Director of Execution Certainty™. Jason directs and leads Lumeri consulting teams in tackling the complex challenges of some of the largest megaprojects and corporate initiatives in the world.

Informed by 30 years of operations experience as a colonel in U.S. Air Force Special Operations, Jason is highly effective in demanding, rapid-execution environments, crisis management, and has led multi-functional and multi-national organizations comprised of over 7000 people. He has been responsible for site operations, maintenance, all aspects of facilities management, and planning and budgeting across multiple sites. Jason brings his skills to multibillion-dollar engineering, procurement, and construction projects, helping companies achieve their strategic imperatives.

With a deep appreciation for the challenges executives face and leveraging his extensive experience as a diplomat abroad, Jason prioritizes clarity in communicating effectively with executive leaders and project managers alike, helping guide them through successful execution and delivering on time.

Larry Panish, Parner at Lumeri, has over two decades of experience in megaproject consulting and business leadership. As a Senior Waypoint Specialist for Lumeri’s Execution Certainty™, Larry excels at aligning stakeholders around a project’s core objectives.

As a consultant to the world’s largest oil and gas companies across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, Larry has worked on onshore and offshore megaproject performance (LNG, GBS, topsides, chemical plants, pipelines, oil sands, brownfield, and greenfield), cost-reduction initiatives, and post-merger integration. Regardless of the complexity or duration, Larry enthusiastically partners with clients to ensure multibillion-dollar projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with superb safety and quality outcomes.

An engaging leader, Larry has an innate ability to connect with people of different levels and backgrounds, which enables him to foster the trust, confidence, communication, and collaboration that are essential for successful performance on complex projects and initiatives. Carla Sadoff is a Partner at Lumeri and has been significantly impacting performance and creating high value for clients taking new ground for over 20 years. John Warne is a Partner at Lumeri with over 25 years of experience supporting leaders on the front line of today’s most pressing business challenges. As Senior Waypoint Specialist for Lumeri’s Execution Certainty™, John dedicates his leadership, passion, and technical mastery to clients and their critical objectives.

John has brought his expertise to elevating operational performance in production and maintenance on multibillion-dollar assets, including engineering, procurement, and construction projects. He has partnered with executives in delivering their projects on time, within budget, and with award-winning safety records. John has worked with clients in oil and gas, mining, forest products, pulp and paper, energy, construction, and manufacturing throughout the United States and Canada, as well as Australia, India, Kazakhstan, and New Zealand.

John also has over 20 years’ experience as a program leader in personal leadership development, facilitating programs and workshops on topics such as performance work redesign, process simplification, and work team improvements.

Gabrielle Huffstutler is a Partner and the Director of Advancement of Women at Lumeri. Gabrielle has over 20 years of experience in coaching and leading programs to support individuals and organizations in meeting their most strategic priorities, including advancing women in leadership roles, as well as creating environments in which women can elevate their impact and thrive. She brings deep compassion, understanding, and a keen ear to her work and has been instrumental in helping women overcome inevitable challenges, become more effective and fulfilled in their professional and personal lives, and achieve meaningful and lasting results.

In her adjunct role as a Director for Lumeri’s Execution Certainty™, Gabrielle supports leaders and their teams to come together, provide horizontal leadership, and deliver on their high-stakes and complex initiatives. Erynn Simone, with over 10 years of expertise in human resource management and learning and development, serves as Lumeri’s HR and Learning Director. In this role, Erynn orchestrates the creation of streamlined HR processes and systems, while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and adaptable growth. With a strategic focus on learning, Erynn spearheads the design and implementation of Lumeri’s comprehensive learning strategy.

Erynn has successfully led various initiatives, leveraging her prowess in HR strategy, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. In his role as Lumeri’s Sales Operations Manager, Brandon plays a key role in developing and executing global sales and revenue growth strategies. Laura Nass is a Consultant and a Waypoint Specialist for Lumeri’s Execution Certainty™—specializing in supporting teams accountable for realizing success in megaproject and critical initiative execution. She also leads the Execution Certainty™ Roadmap Managers, supporting Lumeri’s entry-level consultants to thrive in their roles. In her adjunct position as Lumeri’s Program Department Manager, Laura is overall accountable for the management of Lumeri program delivery.
