Doug has 35 years of experience working with global leaders to ensure that their strategic initiatives critical to their future are realized. Doug is renowned for helping clarify purpose and for getting right to the heart of the matter. He has worked in corporate offices, on project sites and in training rooms around the world bringing Lumeri’s Execution Certainty™ to both multibillion-dollar capital projects and other critical executive initiatives.

Doug works with executives to ensure their purpose is clear and that their strategic intent and direction translate into action as the bridge to achieving their most demanding deliverables. He has overseen the successful application of Execution Certainty™ energy and infrastructure megaprojects, future production profiles, software implementations, new business unit launches, business model implementations, matters of national security and military readiness, mergers and acquisition integrations, de-merger organization restoration, systemic safety interventions, and healthcare transformations.

Amy Jacobsohn is a Senior Managing Director in Ankura’s Lumeri Practice, and co-accountable for Lumeri’s global Execution Certainty™ delivery with a focus on ensuring clients experience exceptional success, stellar return on investment, and transformational impact throughout the client lifecycle.

Amy has 25 years of experience delivering consulting, executive advisory, and leadership development offerings to senior executives and their leadership teams across the energy, health care, and technology industries to successfully execute their most strategic megaprojects and initiatives.

As an Execution Certainty™ Executive Sponsor and Director, Amy leads teams across varied client accounts and engagements. Amy is sought after by senior executives with large-scale, aggressive commitments. She is known for her keen ear, as well as her ability to get to the core of clients’ complex challenges with precision and velocity. The enduring client relationships Amy has nurtured over multiple decades underscore the partnership at the heart of all her work.

Jason Hanover is a Senior Managing Director in Ankura’s Lumeri Practice and a Director of Lumeri’s Execution Certainty™. Jason directs and leads consulting teams in tackling the complex challenges of some of the largest megaprojects and corporate initiatives in the world.

Informed by 30 years of operations experience as a colonel in U.S. Air Force Special Operations, Jason is highly effective in demanding, rapid-execution environments, crisis management, and has led multi-functional and multi-national organizations comprised of over 7,000 people. He has been responsible for site operations, maintenance, all aspects of facilities management, and planning and budgeting across multiple sites. Jason brings his skills to multibillion-dollar engineering, procurement, and construction projects, helping companies achieve their strategic imperatives.

With a deep appreciation for the challenges executives face and leveraging his extensive experience as a diplomat abroad, Jason prioritizes clarity in communicating effectively with executive leaders and project managers alike, helping guide them through successful execution and delivering on time.

As a consultant and a Managing Director of Ankura’s Lumeri Practice, Larry Panish has over two decades of experience in megaproject consulting and business leadership. As a Senior Waypoint Specialist for Lumeri’s Execution Certainty™, Larry excels at aligning stakeholders around a project’s core objectives.

As a consultant to the world’s largest oil and gas companies across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, Larry has worked on onshore and offshore megaproject performance (LNG, GBS, topsides, chemical plants, pipelines, oil sands, brownfield, and greenfield), cost-reduction initiatives, and post-merger integration. Regardless of the complexity or duration, Larry enthusiastically partners with clients to ensure multibillion-dollar projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with superb safety and quality outcomes.

An engaging leader, Larry has an innate ability to connect with people of different levels and backgrounds, which enables him to foster the trust, confidence, communication, and collaboration that are essential for successful performance on complex projects and initiatives. As a consultant and a Managing Director in Ankura’s Lumeri Practice, John Warne has over 35 years of experience supporting leaders on the front line of today’s most pressing business challenges. As Senior Waypoint Specialist for Lumeri’s Execution Certainty™, John dedicates his leadership, passion, and technical mastery to clients and their critical objectives.

John has brought his expertise to elevating operational performance in the production and maintenance of multibillion-dollar assets, including engineering, procurement, and construction projects. He has partnered with executives in delivering their projects on time, within budget, and with award-winning safety records. John has worked with clients in oil and gas, mining, forest products, pulp and paper, energy, construction, and manufacturing throughout the United States and Canada, as well as Australia, India, Kazakhstan, Qatar, and New Zealand.

John also has over 20 years experience as a program leader in personal leadership development, facilitating programs and workshops on topics such as performance work redesign, process simplification, front-line leadership, and work team improvements.

Gabrielle Huffstutler is a Managing Director in Ankura’s Lumeri Practice. Gabrielle has over 20 years of experience in coaching and leading programs to support individuals and organizations in meeting their most strategic priorities. This includes advancing women in leadership roles, as well as creating environments in which women can elevate their impact and thrive.

Gabrielle brings deep compassion, understanding, and a keen ear to her work and has been instrumental in helping women overcome inevitable challenges, become more effective and fulfilled in their professional and personal lives, and achieve meaningful and lasting results.

With over ten years of experience, Beth has worked with clients globally ranging from multibillion-dollar oil and gas megaprojects to large-scale IT transformations.

Beth brings a grounded, discerning approach that untangles and demystifies complexities. She is passionate about conveying intricate ideas with simplicity, as well as engaging teams effectively, and finds creative ways to weave these values into all that she touches. With her natural curiosity, Beth can understand and appreciate details and underpinnings in a way that connects to and does not distract from the larger picture.

Brandon Clark is a consultant and Senior Director in Ankura’s Lumeri Practice focusing on executing capital-intensive projects and initiatives across a broad spectrum of industries with some of the world’s most distinguished organizations. Brandon works with leadership teams to deliver fit-for-purpose applications of the Execution Certainty™ approach to support the achievement of their most critical business objectives.

Brandon’s consulting experience covers projects over a broad spectrum of industries including hospitality, technology, energy greenfield and brownfield megaprojects, heavy construction, facilities, power plants, oil sands recovery, petrochemical, and precious metals mining. He has supported owners, contractors, and private equity groups on global, full-lifecycle projects valued in excess of $1 billion.

Laura Nass is a Senior Director in Ankura’s Lumeri Practice and a Waypoint Specialist for Lumeri’s Execution Certainty™—specializing in supporting teams accountable for realizing success in megaproject and critical initiative execution. She also leads the Execution Certainty™ Roadmap Managers, supporting Lumeri’s entry-level consultants to thrive in their roles. In her adjunct position as Lumeri’s Program Department Manager, Laura is overall accountable for the management of Lumeri program delivery worldwide.

Laura brings more than a decade of project management expertise and has worked in various sectors on megaprojects across the globe, navigating complex environments with ease.
